We've had 2 of these Midea M7 vacuums now. The first one's laser sensor broke after 10 months. We then got a replacement and this 2nd one has now lost the ability to navigate after 3 years as well. Very disappointing.
Support says that it's probably not worth having it repaired.

Friendly and responsible staff. The quality of the washing machine is outstanding. A big thank to Alex who is very professional recommending this nice product, and very responsive to our question after buying.
We bought this 7kg laundry a month ago and use it almost everyday. It's reliable, easy, powerful, fast and quiet. Save time and water plus it's very affordable! Worth every penny. Strongly recommend!

no issues receiving my dryer with the delivery i have disabilities from a previous stroke which are pretty obvious when you look at me, i had to plead and beg the chinese man (who i believe is the owner of the business).to remove the packaging for which he did, it took all of 2 seconds so simple, he unreservedly snatched my $10 from my hand for his few seconds.spoke to his assistant like he was a slave. i thought to myself this guy could learn a little kindness was glad this rude so and so drove away. he could learn some customer deplomacy skills if hes in this business. thanks mate !!

We recently renovated our kitchen and decided on new appliances for it from the Midea range. They being the range hood, oven, and gas cooktop. We bought these from the Midea appliance store JM Appliances in Newmarket. The salesperson who assisted us, Olivia , was very knowledgeable and helped a lot in ensuring we made the right choices.
The rangehood has been fantastic in every way in use. It's easy to operate, powerful, quiet and functions and performs as it should. Such a joy after using an old inefficient rangehood the past years. And it looks good!!
The oven too is easy to operate and works well weither baking, roasting or grilling.
As for the gas cooktop it has proven to be a worthwhile purchase too. As good as the other appliances in both operation and results.
So, if you're in the market for top-notch kitchen appliances, we can very much recommend Midea and the team at JM Appliances in Newmarket . Especially Olivia as she is outstanding in her service and knowledge. Our rangehood, oven, and gas cooktop have exceeded our expectations in every way and helps make it a real joy to cook in the kitchen.
