Worst place to get lash lift and brow wax !!They charged me $75 for a lift that left my eyelashes squished at the base and I can constantly feel them pressing on my lid. The lady who done the treatment was not trained properly, she wiped the solution directly into my eye and only used wet wipes and a paper towel with tap water to help ease my pain then proceeded to say it was normal for the solution to drip into my eye. IT IS NOT NORMAL!! I’m trained in lash lifts and what she done was careless.. She waxed my eye brows too fast leaving hairs still in and she was going to leave them until I asked her to remove them. They do not have the proper equipment or skills to be servicing clients. I called their store and the lady that answered asked my to email my photo to management but they don’t have their details displayed. Lack of customer care and quality!!

Ami did my facial; she is so amazing. I dozed off during my facial for a few minutes. My skin feels awesome; she is great. I will definitely go again.

Love getting waxed here, Emi does such a great job and is really accommodating to customers, she’s friendly and makes you feel very comfortable, the waxing job was amazing and will definitely come back!

I visited Beauty and Beyond for a facial recently. The staff member assisting me was polite and professional, but she had to step away multiple times to attend to other clients and answer calls, even bringing the phone into the room to manage both at once. While I understand she was the only person on site, this setup isn’t ideal for what’s meant to be a relaxing and hygienic experience.
Since the facial hadn’t properly begun, I politely chose not to continue, and she kindly agreed that I could return another time when more staff were present, which I appreciated. This seemed more like a staffing and scheduling issue rather than an individual one.
At $105 for a 50-minute facial, a calm, uninterrupted experience would be expected. The salon manager might consider scheduling facials and similar treatments, which require time in the back rooms, during periods when another staff member is available to manage the front desk. This would allow clients to fully enjoy their treatments without interruption and help the team provide the standard of service expected for the price.

Always come here for my eyebrow threading but the woman who did them last night (1/8/2025) around 7:45-8pm was especially kind, usually the staff don’t offer moisturiser and I have to ask but she did and she even used a wet wipe to help brush away the hairs after which the staff usually leave for me to do after I leave. Really appreciate her service 🤍
