I visited them yesterday with my friend. I asked the lady with the glasses to do wax but then, she said she will do it properly with the thread and, I was fine but when she finished , I could see no difference. She gave no shape to my eyebrows and some tiny hair was still there. And it was looking worse than before. And my friend she got a cut on her skin with other staff memeber.

The staff were lovely and I was very pleased with the service. This was my first time trying some of their services and will definitely be coming back. Pricing was reasonable and definitely more affordable than other places I have seen. Overall had a good experience!

I got my eyebrows threaded today and then the lady was rude and was giving attitude. She didn't properly threaded my eyebrows properly it was messy and left it weird. She also charged 15 dollars instead 10 dollars as it says in the website price list that eyebrow threading costs 10 dollars lol.

I would like to go here again but the lady I've encountered has always been very rude, they took 10$ to trim hair on armpits before waxing and it seemed like she just made up the price in her head.
Then when she was waxing my eyebrows she asked is your face naturally this oily. No need to be so rude and invasive and need to learn some customer service.
P.s. I am not using my real name I've been to your store twice. At least acknowledge when your staff are so rude.

I usually come to Beauty and Beyond for a body wax and have never had any issues until today, I was VERY disappointed with the service I received.
I came in and requested the brazilian and full leg wax (later I had requested the underarms to be done too) and was not impressed with the person who did my wax. She was okay, but did not do a good job and completely rushed throughout. She was not very attentive to detail and now I am able to see that there are a few patchy areas that have not been waxed off. And, I also noticed that she would not blow on the hot wax before applying it and it would burn some areas and I mentioned it but she had brushed it off as it being more sensitive because it was the second time going over it but it happened multiple times.
To make matters worse, a complete stranger (not staff, by the way) had open the curtains wide open in the middle of my Brazilian wax - I have never felt so embarrassed or uncomfortable but I did not want to cause a scene so I brushed it off and said it was fine even though it wasn’t.
I understand that it was a busy time, but this was completely disappointing to say the least.
