Went out to rent a bike and they had a small 6 person group that was going to going for a ride at the last minute for no charge. Great bike, quick service and handy advice. Their location is an amazing spot to hop on the newly completed bike trail. If I could give them 6 out of 5 I would. Highly recommended.

First, my wife and I wanted to rent a bike yesterday to ride around the City of Auckland. We could not find any place to rent in the downtown area. We called Bionic in Orakei and received a great deal of help and assistance from the manager. We found that a short 10 minute train ride was a very simple way to get from downtown to their location. We arrived and received the very best in customer service-great advise in making our 50k ride route on our phones (using an app they loaded for us; complete with step by step riding instructions!). The bikes were well fitted for our size. The bike route along the trails was excellent, but it was the scenery that was spectacular. One day of incredible bike riding with so many photos to look back on. Auckland is an incredible city filled with friendly people and magnificent scenery not only downtown but, but 15 minutes away in the suburbs. Hire a bike in Orakei and have great memories for years to come.

I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the great service you did on my bike. I dropped off my Electric Scout in May and you upgraded the front brakes, re tuned the rear brakes and replaced a tyre. The bike is going better than it ever has and I really appreciate the extra mile you went to getting it right

Had lots of fun this morning learning about the advancements in ebikes over the last few years from the team at Bionic electric bikes today. With ease we whizzed along the new walkway connecting Orakei to Glen Innes. Bikes are fantastic and very responsive. Was impressed with the knowledge of the owners. Confident we will buying from them.

My father and I had a wonderful experience hiring bikes from Bionic Electric bikes in Auckland. The service was exceptional and very smooth especially from Paul. They had an app that gave in-dept directions that was really helpful as non-locals. This kept us on bike friendly pathways and roads. It was very laid back in the sense you could just call then to extend the bike hire time. The store is in a great location and is close to train stations so is easily accessible. Overall would highly recommend Bionic electric bikes.
