Excellent service. Matthew is fantastic to deal with - polite, professional, and genuinely honest. Heβs onto it, communicates clearly, and makes the service / repair process straightforward and hassle free.
Always affordable and reliable. They also provide the best recommendations for anything outside their scope - for example, if a repair or upgrade requires specialist equipment, Matt will proactively point you in the right direction and give the correct advice.
I have been a happy customer for many years and highly recommend B&M Auto Repairs.

There's no ethics; what there is is a trap designed to make you lose more money than you should.
Extremely disappointing experience.
On 20/11/2025, I brought my car in for a full service + WOF, but they only did the WOF and brake pads and charged $224.25. I later discovered the full service was not done at all.
I had to return the next day (21/11/2025) and pay another $264.50 just to get what I originally asked for.
On 8/12/2025, my car completely lost power β totally dead.
On 9/12/2025, I jump-started it and returned. They replaced the battery and charged $460.
In less than 3 weeks. I had already lost almost $1000 just from my first visit here.
Then on 14/12/2025, my CarPlay screen stopped working Because the battery was replaced incorrectly.
When I returned, I was told I would need to pay again and wait until after New Year.
Which I will definitely never go back to again.
Iβve spent a large amount of money, returned multiple times, and still ended up with unresolved problems.
There was poor communication, poor checking, and no accountability for issues that happened right after their work.
I do not recommend this workshop.πππ

Today I went there to fix the car. As my gear lever parking light didn't work, the repairman used a computer to check it for me for a long time but didn't find any problems. Finally, he told me it was a battery problem and needed to be replaced. However, he still couldn't solve the problem after replacing the battery. The repairman also said it was an electronic gear lever problem and said it would cost $175. I said since it wasn't a battery problem, I didn't need to replace the battery because I didn't replace it. The promised computer test cost $60, but it charged me $90 and I haven't been able to solve the problem yet. I have been repairing cars here for a long time and have been through WOF. I think this is my last time going there

I have been their customer for more than five years because near my home, but since I did not repair my car in his place due to high price quoted (I saved $300 from other car service), they refused to recheck WOF twice, have to book two days later to recheck. Normally I don't quote other car service for price, but I had my car engine warn light once and after they repaired, two weeks later happened again. so I sent to other car service and get it fixed , since then I know their price is too high. From then I will get other car service to quote price and fix the problem, only do WOF in his place. from now on I will never do any business with them.

Great mechanic, genuine people. I had my WOF done here last year and they even fixed up a couple long standing cosmetic issues with the car for cheap. I live nearby (less thank 1km) and recently my car battery died and I could not open the bonnet due to being parked under a storage locker underground, nor shift it into N to roll it out. The mechanic came over to me in the next half hour after calling, helped me jump start the car and made sure I was able to drive it to their workshop where they diagnosed it straight away and replaced the battery for minimal cost and good to go. Highly recommend!
