I’m so grateful to Dr Sun for the wonderful care she gave me today during my tooth extraction and filling. I was feeling quite nervous before, but she was so kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel safe and comfortable. Her professionalism and compassion truly meant a lot to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Sun to anyone looking for a dentist who is not only highly skilled, but also genuinely caring. The lovely ladies at the reception are kind and make you feel welcome. Thank you team Lumino Botany, See you in 2 weeks🙏

I have an extreme phobia of Dentist and am terrified so did not go to the Dentist in over 19 year. Dr Ali was absolutely amazing, he listened and took what I had to say into consideration and so I felt comfortable and relaxed, even though I was nervous and terrified. Everything went well and it made my experience a lot calmer.

Dear Nicola, I am very disappointed and concerned. Since having my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist two days ago, I have developed severe toothache pain. I have never experienced this kind of pain before. The pain is still continuing today Saturday?? what I should do next. Kind regards, Suhaila

I really enjoy my treatment with Dr. Kelly. She’s very friendly and speaks Mandarin, which makes communication much easier. There’s no need to worry about not understanding medical terms. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant! Highly recommended.

All staff and clinicians are very friendly and accommodating. My dental checkup as well as my options for maintenance were clearly explained.
