I have an extreme phobia of Dentist and am terrified so did not go to the Dentist in over 19 year. Dr Ali was absolutely amazing, he listened and took what I had to say into consideration and so I felt comfortable and relaxed, even though I was nervous and terrified. Everything went well and it made my experience a lot calmer.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent phone interaction I had with a receptionist named Lisa 2-3 months ago at your Lumino Botany branch (beneath MTF Finance, right next to Electrify NZ Bikes). I was inquiring about a dental appointment for my son, who is under 18 and eligible for government funded care. Lisa was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, leaving me feeling belittled. It’s concerning that she seemed unwilling to assist without a clear explanation. I urge you to review this matter, as proper phone etiquette and customer service are essential in any healthcare setting.

I am very disappointed and concerned. Since having my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist two days ago, I have developed severe toothache pain. I have never experienced this kind of pain before.
The pain is still continuing today Saturday?? what I should do next.

I really enjoy my treatment with Dr. Kelly. She’s very friendly and speaks Mandarin, which makes communication much easier. There’s no need to worry about not understanding medical terms. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant!
Highly recommended.
