First time here with a car repair. Communication throughout was fantastic. From assessment bookings to pick up finished car. You can request courtesy car but of course a small wait however a car became available days before my slotted time and they let me know so I jumped at an early time. My car was fixed very quickly. Just a small repair. Dropped off Thursday and got a call on the Saturday. Amazing service and car was also washed which I appreciate. Thank you so much

The receptionist is lovely and has excellent customer service.
I waited two weeks to receive an incorrect quote. The 2.5k quote i received still had things missing from it after my car had already been dropped off two days prior and after i had already spent money on ubers.
The amount they left off the quote meant that I was no longer able to get my car repaired and WOF done (as the repair costs would far outweigh the car value)
They did give me a $50 refund for the WOF which was nice but just feels like it took a lot of time to achieve nothing.

My car’s wing mirror got swiped, and I was already having a tough day with some personal matters. I had a genuinely positive interaction with Dave, who looked after my car and reassured me about the next steps. While some places can make the process feel very procedural, people like Dave—with his kind words that day and his diligent follow‑ups—really make a difference to customers like me.
Thank you for the amazing service, BHV! I’ve just moved to the area, and I’ll definitely be recommending you to others. I’ll also be coming back for my WOF and servicing :)

Got my wof done here 2 days ago regarding my car for a wof as i wanted to sell it and get a wof before hand, they quoted me 4-6 grand on repairs on my control arm, ball joints etc.
Had my car looked at in highland park only to be quoted 1.5 grand in labour and everything else they said wasn’t actually wrong with the car. My mechanic told me that they are most likely scammers.
I honestly thought that it would be genuine but no. They didn’t want to renew the wof as then it wouldn’t be road worthy.
If you don’t believe me or the other one star reviews then just look at the comparison of how many likes the one stars have compared to the five stars.
Also when i talked to the mechanic who was looking at my car he said they weren’t going to charge me for the wof as they wouldn’t complete them his boss came and charged me.
Edit:
i just want to come on here again and explain that when they didnt want renew my wof as to help me they said they if they wrote a new wof it would over write the one i had on it then which was going to expire 6 months from now. Total bs.
