First time here with a car repair. Communication throughout was fantastic. From assessment bookings to pick up finished car. You can request courtesy car but of course a small wait however a car became available days before my slotted time and they let me know so I jumped at an early time. My car was fixed very quickly. Just a small repair. Dropped off Thursday and got a call on the Saturday. Amazing service and car was also washed which I appreciate. Thank you so much

My car was recently damaged while parked on a residential street. My insurance company arranged to have the car sent to BVS a place I'd never used before. The service was excellent. If you are dealing with them ask for Dave, he was extremely understanding, listened and kept me well informed of the process. Highly recommend his service.

Been here several times with our company fleet through Tower’s preselected repair network. Customer service and communication have always been on the dot, and the repair work has been solid with no complaints. Loan cars are available on request, though the quality can be a bit hit and miss.

Amazing customer service from Dave and the team at BOTANY VEHICLE SERVICES. We had an issue with some work done a while back and Dave was very professional and attentive in getting the issue resolved for us in a timely manner. Highly recommend. Thanks for making this a stress free experience.

The receptionist is lovely and has excellent customer service.
I waited two weeks to receive an incorrect quote. The 2.5k quote i received still had things missing from it after my car had already been dropped off two days prior and after i had already spent money on ubers.
The amount they left off the quote meant that I was no longer able to get my car repaired and WOF done (as the repair costs would far outweigh the car value)
They did give me a $50 refund for the WOF which was nice but just feels like it took a lot of time to achieve nothing.
