Perfect Brunch on our tour along the waterfront. Great choice on the menu and all of our 3 dishes were delicious and well printed - good portions too - including the coffee. The service was very good with friendly staff. We definitely return on our next trip over from Aus. Thanks

First time here for dinner, have popped in for a coffee many a time during the day. Really enjoyed the food, everything was executed well and I especially loved the harissa lamb ribs which were perfectly rendered, soft and crispy in places at the same time. The tandoor chicken flat bread was also delicious. The vista across the road looking out to Rangitoto is stellar and the staff were attentive and kept the water topped up diligently.

Long queue on New Year’s Day but service was great and friendly. Food was beautifully presented and fresh. Enjoyed the meal.

Simply lovely. I had the “Chorizo Scramble” item on the menu - it was a perfect balance of spice from the chorizo, creaminess of the scrambled eggs, crunch + salt from the roasted potatoes and acidity from the sauces. The iced mocha was also good. The atmosphere while happy was a bit loud but it was a busy time and we were seated next to the kitchen. I’m sure I’ll come back again in the future to try more on the menu.

An American getting impressed in New Zealand again. If you combine Southern California beach town vibe with Hawaii volcano views you are in Kohi Beach Eatery. Wonderful friendly service, and the squid and chips we ordered were exceptional. Live music and not a big crowd made for a wonderful late afternoon.
