Gavin has worked on a few of my cars now. (Skoda and Holden) He's always explained things really well plus has been super pragmatic in the approach to addressing issues.
Sending money on fixing cars is never enjoyable but with these guys you feel like you're getting cared for and they have your best interest at heart.
Would 100% recommend.

The service was fantastic, he was confident in what needed to be repaired and fixed it on the same day. Also went above and beyond as I had failed my warrent at VTNZ because of this issue, He also put my car for re test at VTNZ and it passes. He sorted all this out which saved me so much time. Easy 5 stars and highly recommended.

Extremely Disappointed – Untrustworthy and Unprofessional Service
We had a terrible experience with this mechanic. After spending over $1,700 for a full service (including fixing a coolant leak), we had two major issues less than 2,000 km later.
Brake Problems: The brakes started making noise and vibrating shortly after the service. When we brought it back, they immediately tried to blame us, asking what roads we’d driven on, instead of questioning their work. They claimed something might have gotten stuck between the brake pad and rotor, which didn’t make sense. They were reluctant to address the issue under warranty and made us feel like it was our fault.
Coolant Leak: Despite fixing the leak, the coolant dropped below minimum after a short trip. When we raised this, they insisted the repair had been fine and asked us to bring the car back for another pressure test—essentially charging us again for something that should have been resolved the first time.
Excessive Quotes: They also quoted $3,000 to replace the rocker cover gasket, which we later discovered was massively overpriced after getting a second opinion. They even suggested trading in the car, saying it wasn’t a good model—completely unnecessary advice.
This workshop is unprofessional, overcharges for repairs, and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Avoid them at all costs.

Deeply frustrated by the unethical practices at Europa Auto Services. They charged me for replacing the upper strut mounts, but I later realized these had already been replaced just two years ago. It appears they intentionally loosened the mounts to falsely suggest they needed replacement—this is not just dishonest but potentially fraudulent.
Customers deserve transparency and integrity, not unnecessary repairs meant to inflate costs. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this shop.
