The team are absolutely lovely as is the coffee ☕. Large is enormous!
Working fire place was lovely as is the back garden area.
Hubby enjoyed his salmon bene
Wanted sides - sourdough & mushrooms but got a main with a poached egg...hubby enjoyed this. Lost in translation, hubby has English as second language... Easy mistake
Anzac cookies are large & crispy. Delicious 😋
Would definitely go again but ensure the food order is clarified.
Only critique
I acknowledge the building is old but the toilet was grubby, unpainted areas, floor & windows not cleaned. Just needed a bit of TLC & cleanliness 😊

Another cute find on our Sunday morning hikoi without the teens🧘🏼♀️Our early date opp on this foggy morning, had us enjoying the drive along Jervois Road Ponsonby whanau💛 Loving the vibe of Fusion Cafe its presence roadside and the retro vintage & warm welcome feeling of the open fireplace upon entry makes this place a great find. Coffees were delicious and the food tasty. The fusion of breakfast meals and delicious Vietnamese food, the Bao bun was so good it gave me food coma feels 😍 A lovely family owned business with a beautiful feeling of connection with lots of locals popping in for their usual coffees, we can absolutely understand why. This gorgeous place is definitely worth the trip out from Mt Wellington. Thank you so much, looking forward to being back again for sure whanau❣️

The avo on toast was fresh and well-balanced, with a perfectly poached egg and crispy bacon. The French toast was beautifully presented, not too sweet, and nicely balanced with fresh fruits. The coffee was great too.
They also offer great Asian options like pho, banh mi, and noodle salad, which are definitely worth trying.
If you enjoy a mix of Western and Asian flavors, this place is definitely worth a try.

Ordered chili eggs which are a bit spicy. Fruit smoothie was delicious. Great dessert and coffee choices. Want to come back for Bahn Mi sandwich.

Fusion Café is a fantastic spot with a really inviting space. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outside—front and back—so it’s easy to find a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your meal. The portion sizes are generous, and everything we tried was delicious. We had the pho and the French toast, and both were excellent, with the French toast being especially memorable. I’m already looking forward to visiting again the next time I’m in town.
