As a 76yr old with a dental phobia, having to changing dentists due to shifting and no longer driving I was full of apprehension.
Dr Nate and his assistant were respectful of this anxiety. They were professional, gave detailed explanations and I have already recommended Dr Nate to other village residents. Am so relieved to have found such a good local dentist. Even better service than my previous trusted professional.

Love Lumino Mt Eden dentist. Well, as much as you can love going to the dentist!
Professional and up to date with current practices. Great staff too. I’ve been going to Mike for about 30 years and he’s looked after my teeth brilliantly.
Smart building and easy parking. Will definitely continue to go there.

Staff and environment welcoming. Parking has always been available on site or very nearby. If an urgent appointment is needed the Practice has always made every effort to get me in at very short notice. All are the above are appreciated by this elderly patient. Particular thanks to Michael Burns.

Although I had a routine appt booked for early the following week I suddenly started to experience quite severe pain in my gum and tooth. I rang and asked for an urgent appointment as I was worried with the weekend coming up and the pain was increasing
I was offered an appointment that same day (probably in the dentist’s afternoon tea break !! ) which I gratefully accepted
X-rays taken and antibiotics and pain killers organised. I was reassured and a follow up organised.

I had a very satisfactory dental check-up done by a Nate, who is always caring, gentle, thorough and explains what he is doing throughout the procedure. The recptionist was pleasant and helpful too.
