I would not recommend this salon for a cut if you have thick or textured hair. After showing Ash a reference photo and clearly asking for only a very small amount off the length, I left with the worst haircut I have ever had. Several inches were taken off, and the layers were extremely uneven and poorly done. Front pieces that I specifically asked not to be cut were cut anyway.
I contacted the salon by email and did not hear back for several days, so I then reached out on Instagram. The manager told me the email had been opened but not passed on to her, and that Ash would contact me. Ash did reach out, apologised that I left the salon feeling disappointed, and offered to fix the cut.
I asked if the manager could fix it instead, which she attempted to do. Unfortunately, the damage was already done. My hair is now so much thinner and shorter than it used to be, it no longer sits the way it used to, and the layers and sections are still noticeably uneven.
At no point was I given a direct apology for the haircut itself. The only apology was that Ash was sorry I left the salon feeling disappointed. Overall, this was the worst salon experience I have ever had. So incredibly disappointing given the prices and reputation of the salon.

I had my first appointment with Elizabeth today and I walked away so incredibly happy. She was thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and relaxed. I felt heard and cared for, never once did I feel rushed, she took her time and wanted the best outcome. I couldn’t recommend her more and look forward to my next appointment. The salon has an amazing liveliness to it and all the staff were welcoming. Price was super reasonable too!

Ash is absolutely amazing! I feel listened to and cared for. Ash takes the time to understand what you want, talks you through what she will do and makes suggestions which I love. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with my hair. Couldn’t recommend Ash more highly!! The one person I trust with my hair ☺️

Ashley is incredible. Every appointment, my hair turns out beautifully and I always leave feeling confident and well looked after. She pays attention to the little details and makes the whole experience feel amazing. The team is lovely too, so welcoming, and always kind. Couldn’t speak more highly of them 💗💗

I booked in for a wash cut and blow dry and I was so looking forward to a pampering session. When I showed the stylist the cut I wanted she looked a bit thrown. I have short hair and it is undercut, some hairdressers can do this with scissors but this was a very young stylist. She was honest with me and said she couldn't achieve what I was looking for, which hands up I am glad she did. She did go and talk to a senior stylist, they referred me to try the barbers next door! I love short hair! I am disappointed that a hair salon that charges $116 for a cut can't deliver because they don't have clippers, They should be able to deliver what you want. What hairdressers DON'T have clippers
