Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! Just picked up my brand new 2026 Mustang GT from Ford Andrew Grey Lynn and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very first visit, Mike showed me the car and took the time to explain everything in detail. He even accommodated us on a Sunday, which made a huge difference. When we came back to discuss trading in my Ford Everest Platinum, the team worked hard to give us great value. Marius, who finalised the sale, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout. He even surprised me with a solid gift when I picked up the car. A really nice touch that shows how much this team cares about their customers. I also have to mention the car loan team, they made the financing process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how accommodating the entire team was when I wanted to shoot content for my Instagram (@mkfitnessnz). They let me film the whole experience, and you can see the reel on my page. Not every dealership would be this supportive, but these guys went above and beyond.
