Usually, a very kind lady allows me to exchange my $10 bills for coins. This helps me have change, and it encourages me to come here to make my euro transfers. What happened today was very unpleasant. It is apparently allowed to refuse my request without even saying hello or goodbye. She was really very rude. I had a very bad experience because of this person. It’s truly a shame because she’s losing a customer, and I believe she will lose many more, as she is clearly not pleasant with customers from what I have seen.

Nana is very pleasant and informative. I am very happy with her service. I have stopped coming to Takapuna branch to have my foreign currency exchange for awhile because of the previous slow and unhappy lady. I will certainly come back now. Thank you.

The worst service ever. The lady serving me wasted 1 hour of mine. She kept asking me for all the details that are already in their system. They made me swipe my card for the transfer and then wanted another id. I did not have an additional id on me. They said they cannot complete the transaction. So I said fine - just cancel my transfer and refund the money to me. The lady said they cannot transfer the money to my bank- so I have to take it in cash. She was very rude n inexperienced. The body language seemed like she was just not interested. I had no choice but to take so much cash in my bag and leave the mall. Such a waste of time. My experience with them a couple of years back was great. But the staff was just ridiculous. It’s hard to believe the kind of people that getting hired, r they even trained in their job n also customer service is just disgusting. I would not recommend this branch to anybody n I will never go back to them.

went to the kiosk today about 2pm. The young chap (barely in his teens)
at the counter was nonchalant, totally disinterested when i approached him. When i enquired, he told me to come back in 1/2 hour, seems it was his lunch time. However, he was on his computer. Was totally disgusted with his attitude and his total lack of 'customer service'. Wonder why business have such individuals manning their counter. Won't touch this outlet with a 20 feet pole. i have to give it a 1 star else it will not allow me to post this review. It is not worth any start in reality.

I had the best experience at No1 Currency Takapuna.
Panjae and Anjadi made the whole transaction so easy... I would recommend to anyone and I will definitely come back if I ever need to buy or sell foreign currency in the future..
