Pathetic service all the time. Auckland cbd up your game man! So slow - no customer service ethic at all ,no smile - she came across as she doesn’t want to serve you! I asked the ladies name ,she said why you need my name -I said so I can leave a review-by scanning the QR code on the counter for feedback -she said good or bad ,I said well it all depends. Shes like sorry we can’t tell our name!! You kidding me! I work in customer service industry. She had no smile or energy left in her .Lot of people from all works of life come to city and to use WN and this what they get ! She needs training on customer service skills ! Today is 14 July 12.50pm - please check who this customer service person is. She has served me twice now. Really need to train this Indian lady on how to deal with customers. The guy before me was mumbling when he left the counter - saying “ so hopeless” service. Thanks.
Absolutely amazing service! Aruna was incredibly kind, patient, and honest throughout the whole exchange process. What impressed us the most was her honesty — we accidentally handed over more money than we thought, and she immediately noticed and pointed it out to us. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. She also gave us a great exchange rate and took the time to explain everything clearly.
