I had a very different experience from the previous reviews. The lady was nice and she smiled at me when I arrived. Everything went smooth, I recommend this place 👍

Horrible and very slow service. I would give zero but it is not possible. The lady, I think an indian, at the counter has some issues towards people and uses patronizing words. Zero customer service, zero smile.

Worst customer service!
Went to change money just this Friday morning around 11am at Queen St. Such a waste of time talking with the old Chinese lady. I was asked to provide proof of address so I gave it. But then she wanted to know more which bank I use and so I mentioned my bank, but the questions continue to where I am from, where I would take the money and so on until I decided to take back my money. If I have already provided my ID and prove of address but the questions continue like none sense. The service is not consistent from day to day. Please fix your customer service and be friendly. Your service should help customers to have a smooth and fast transaction not the opposite. I have changed money at different countries and the service today is totally unacceptable!
Yes! I decided walk away with my money and went straight to City Forex instead. City Forex is only 5 mins walk away, and got better rate, quick service. Save more time and get better value for my transaction at City Forex.

the exchange rate is disappointing and it's not displayed in store; I paid more money than what it says on the receipt and I received less than what I exchanged for; they counted the money so fast that you can barely keep up with it, instead of counting slowly like Lotus Currency exchange nearby does! What a rip-off!!! Dishonest staff!!!! Better count twice before handing your cash to them and check your recipt before stepping away for the next customer in line!!😡😡😡😡
