Awesome to deal with. Fantastic product, as described. It turned up the next day complete with stickers and lollies. A follow up email to check everything was good and to say thank you was great to receive. I will be back next time I need anything for my bikes. Highly recommended.

I recently ordered a bike part using the Pitcrew website. They quickly acknowledged the receipt of the order and dispatched the part to me - overnight. Unfortunately the part sent didn't match the description on the website. When I rang them about this they went out of their way to try to source the part I needed - it turned out the website description for the part sent was incorrect. They found a substitute, contacted me to check it would do the job and again dispatched to me overnight. Great service, communication and helpfulness.

Super quick service. I bought online, got immediate confirmation of delivery and tracking info., and everything arrived very quickly to the South Island and in good order. Would definitely recommend ordering from Pitcrew Bikes!
